The Cheese School of San Francisco is the only independent institution of its kind in the nation dedicated entirely to helping people maximize their enjoyment and appreciation of cheese. Our cheese education curriculum is designed to satisfy food lovers of all types, from the merely curious, to the serious cheese enthusiast, to the food service professional.

 

 

 

SPRING/SUMMER 2010 SCHEDULE

Our schedule for Spring/Summer 2010 is published and classes are open for registration. To register, please call The Cheese School at 415-346-7530 between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Note that you must speak with a Cheese School representative directly to confirm a registration -- we cannot accept registrations via email or voicemail.

CANCELLATION & CLASS CREDIT POLICY

Please note we have updated our cancellation and class credit policy. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 noon (9:00 am for daytime classes) on the day of the class in order to secure a class credit to register for a future class. Additionally, we are no longer allowing multiple cancellations and re-registrations with the same class credit -- students may only use a class credit once.
